At Lalanya Made, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains the cancellation terms for different types of purchases made on our website, https://lalanyamade.com.

1. One-Time Purchases

Orders placed for in-stock items can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this timeframe, cancellations may not be possible as your order may already be processed for shipping.

  • If your order has not been shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us at hello@lalanyamade.com.
  • If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you may be eligible for a return. Please refer to our Returns Policy.

2. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are made-to-order or limited-availability items that require advance payment.

  • You may cancel a pre-order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, pre-orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable, as production or stock allocation has begun.

3. Subscription Orders (if applicable)

If you offer recurring subscription products, you may include this section.

  • Subscription cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid charges.
  • Once a subscription renewal is processed, it cannot be canceled, but you may still cancel future renewals.

4. Custom Orders & Personalised Items

Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. This is due to the made-to-order nature of these products. Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

5. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please email hello@lalanyamade.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will process requests as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee cancellations if the order has already been processed.
