Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you wish to start a return, please email me at hello@lalanyamade.com and I can forward you the return address and instructions. Unfortunately, shipping costs will not be included in the refund amount.

Faulty Items
If you have received a faulty item, please send a photo to hello@lalanyamade.com immediately, so that we can inspect the problem and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or on custom made orders (placemats).
Refunds
After we receive and review your returned item, we will inform you of the refund decision. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and refunded back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
