SCRAP CLUB FAQ

What’s included in each month’s envelope? 
Each months ‘Scrap Club’ includes a curated letter, letter stickers, an A5 scrapbooked post card print, two patterned paper swatches, four die cut stickers (surprise designs)

When will my letter be shipped? Letters are mailed on the last day of each month. Orders placed between the 1st of the month (AEST) and the last day of that month will be included in that month’s mailing.

When should I expect my letter, can I track it? Each letter is sent on the last business day of the month using regular, untracked mail. If you’re in Australia, expect it to arrive within a couple of weeks, and for international friends, delivery will take a little longer, sometimes 15 business days or more. If your letter hasn’t found its way to you within 4 weeks of shipping, just send me an email at hello@lalanyamade.com

When will I be charged for my subscription? Scrap Club is billed monthly on the same day you first joined. If you signed up on February 5th, your next payment will be on March 5th, then April 5th, and so on. If you’d like to cancel, simply do so before your next billing date to avoid being charged.

How do I cancel my subscription? If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so through the customer portal. You can always re-subscribe at a later date!

Can I change my payment method or address? You can update your address, payment details, or even pause or cancel your subscription anytime through your account in the customer portal. 

What happens if my payment fails? You’ll get an email letting you know the payment didn’t work, giving you a chance to update your card or payment details. Your subscription will be on hold until the payment is successful, which means your letter won’t ship until everything is sorted. If the payment can’t be completed after the retries, the subscription may be cancelled.
